Missing Extra Mobile Data

I have 3 Sky Mobile SIMs. I receive extra data each month - for example on the 5GB SIM I get an extra free 5GB when my allowance is refreshed. But the extra data hasn't been applied to any of the SIMs this month.

Such offers have an expiry (often a 6 month period only) - check the terms of your offer.

Offers are lost if you change your mix too.

It may appear in a day or two. If not, and the offer is still active the give Sky a call on 150.
