Hi I keep trying to order a new phone on my account but it will not let complete and I have signed all the documentation

If you have signed the credit agreement what do you mean by it will not let you complete ?

There is a upgrade payment to make and onceyou put your details in for the payment the system crashes. So no idea if it went through or not. But the credit search was completed
