Sky Mobile VIP roaming

Myself and my wife have Sky Mobile with roaming included in 120 countries, my wife has a text saying roaming is included but I have a text saying I've been charged £2 for 24hrs, I've tried to contact Sky by the chat service but I'm struggling, could anyone advise me please

Are you both on the same Sky Mobile account, which would mean if the account holder is a VIP Diamond customer then both phones should be included?

We're in Cyprus and have exactly the same question. My phone is included. Is my wife's? We're on the same Sky Mobile account but she hasn't had the Roaming Passport Plus text, which I did get.

Yes we're both on the same VIP Diamond account, my wife received a text straight away saying roaming was included and I got a text saying I'd been charged £2 per 24hrs

Hi @Andy1009 have you looked at your account to see if the charge has actually been added rather than just relying on the text message ? I recently returned from a trip abroad and each day got the free roaming messsge but my wife didn't and we weren't charged.

Hi, I've been on Sky chat and they have assured me that I won't be charged so I've screenshot the text just in case...... we've both got messages now that we're being charged but I think it's possibly a glitch in the system 🤞🤞
