No Signal

My sky Mobile Phone is currently saying emergency calls only I've tried everything and its still not working what do I do?

It may disclose a nearby mast issue. Sky don't actually own or maintain any mobile masts so if there is an issue you and others in the area will be relying on a repair by a third party.

I checked that but its saying there are no issues in my area

Have you tried putting into airplane mode for a few minutes ?

Do you use a sim card and if you do have you tried it in another phone to see if it works ?

No I have an esim so I do

Try deleting your esim and re-installing it (assuming you have your code from sky in that email when you 1st joined). It seems to work.
