Not receiving authentication codes from Sky to reset my 2 step

Flew to Spain on 11/09 for days, phone never acknowledged I'd even left the country, managed to get locked out of Sky account & Yahoo, tried resetting but wasnt receiving authentication codes from Sky. Rang Sky on 16th when I came home, said they'd release my account so I can reset but it would take 72 hours. Ive yet again tried to reset my 2 step but I am NOT receiving any texts from Sky(getting other texts no issue)with codes to authenticate my mobile number which they actually provide! Had no email access for over 7 days. Its an absolute mess. Anybody had similar please?

Have you looked in your messaging app's spam folder just incase they have ended up in it ?

I have just seen a post on another thread that has fixed it!! Gutted i can't give a shout out to them but I like them had marked all Sky numbers as spam in my phone so I've unblocked them all & requested a code & it's come through straight away! Yahoo unlocked automatically as soon as I got my code aswell. Annoyed at myself and embarrassed for something so simple causing so much stress-i really appreciate your help though so thank you 😊
