Condition checker issue

im having an issue with the condition checker for a mobile return, i can access the condition checker website but using the SW number shown and the postcode does not work, in the location the help shows for the SW number my document shows SWP, ive tried using both but all I get is SW number or postcode incorrect.Any other suggestions appreciated

You don't actually have to use the condition checker if you don't way but for your own record I would take a number of photos of your device to show the condition it is in prior to you sending it off.

Hi I'm having the same issue with the condition checker. Are you sure you don't need to use the checker before sending it away?

I have take loads of photos already.

Hi all - I am swapping my phone and am trying to complete checking the condition on the checker but it will not accept my swap number and/or my postcode no matter how I enter it - i've never had to do this in the past when i've swapped - is there a problem with it or can I send my old phone without completing it? Many thanks!
