Hi @Emma2414 if it's been going on over a year you are free to leave, the minimum term is 12 months so after that you can leave penalty free. If you want to keep your number get a PAC and use that to transfer your number to a different network. If you don't want to keep your number phone sky on 150 to cancel. You continue paying for the phone monthly if you have one.

How do I exit a sky contract early? I've tried a couple of times to sort out issues with signal and it never gets resolved. When I'm out and about I have to tether off my husbands mobile if I want to use the internet! This has been ongoing for over a year and still no further forward. My phone always says 4g or 5g but always struggles!

If you have had the sim for 12 months or more then you are free to either move the number to a different network or call Sky on 150 to cancel it.
