currently have a monthly sky sim and looking to change phone. Can I end my current sim and start a new one with sky?

If you have had your current sim for 12 months or more then you are free to cancel it by calling Sky on 150. A new sim will have a new number.

If you are new to the forum then welcome to the Community which is predominantly made up of Sky customers helping other Sky customers. You aren’t actually talking to Sky by posting on here.

Presumably you are the account holder? You can cancel the sim if you've had it 12 months or longer. You'll need to call Sky to cancel it & you will lose the number. You can't cancel it here or online. Dial 150 from your Sky mobile. If you haven't had it 12 months then early termination fees will be applied.
