Got a mobile via dpd

i received a phone, not boxed just in cardboard. Nothing I ordered. I contacted Sky, guy said he didn't recognise EMEI on phone so couldn't really help. Sender says IM services Sky. It's a weird one and I'm concerned it is a scam or fraud set up in my name. Any other suggestions would be appreciated.

@alan+mckeown Do you have aSky account? If yes has a mobile device been ordered on your account? Is the mobile you received addressed to you specifically?

It doesn't show on my sky as an order. Yes it was addressed to me specifically

If you receive an unexpected parcel from Sky get in touch with our customer services team immediately. We can give advice on what to do. Don’t send the parcel anywhere except our returns address.

We’ll give you pre-paid returns packaging to send the parcel back to us.
