    <description>&lt;P&gt;If a mast is down&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4784150"&gt;@Missjo2&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;the owner will have to carry out the repairs as Sky doesn't own any so I'm afraid there is no way to know how long this will take so updates should appear here:&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;No mobile signal since Sunday. Sky are constantly advising a local mast is down in Dundee and unsure when this will be rectified! Anyone else having the same problem?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
