Unable to make or receive calls

I can't receive calls, the caller is met with "sorry you've dialled an incorrect number. Please check and try again" and if I try to ring anyone it instantly ends

I’m experiencing exactly the same problem. I can’t make or receive calls. When anyone calls me, they get the message “sorry, you’ve dialled an incorrect number”, despite calling my correct number. When I try to make an outgoing call, it won’t connect. When I answer an incoming call, it immediately drops. I’ve restarted my iPhone and tried Airplane Mode several times, but the problem persists. This is also a recurring problem I’ve experienced previously, which eventually resolves itself. Please could this be escalated to the Community Messaging team as I cannot make or receive calls to report it through the normal route.

The issue has now also happened on both of my children’s Sky Mobile phones. Although the issue on my own phone appears to have resolved after I switched off Wi-Fi Calling, my daughter has experienced the same problem while at home on our Wi-Fi, and I have just experienced the same problem trying to call my son, "incorrect number" he is currently away from home and not connected to our Wi-Fi.

So it is now affecting all three Sky Mobile numbers in our household, both on and away from our home Wi-Fi.

I put my phone on airplane mode and off again, and turned my phone off and on again. One of those seems to fix it

I did airport mode on and off and it worked but only briefly then it started again. It has worked for me fine since I turned off WiFi calling.

I am having the same issue and it's been happening for past couple of days. I can't make or recieve calls

Ive just found that turning airplane mode off and then back on again has fixed the same problem for me.
