Have Sky Mobile but despite being able to view my bills and payments up to date SKY VIP says I can't use. Apparently it's automatically linked but apparently not. Any advice because nothing I do seems to fix it

When you select Sky VIP does it say you can't join ?

Yes, it says:

We're really sorry, but you can't join Sky VIP right now.

It could be because:

You're new to Sky and your services aren't set up yet.
Sky VIP isn't available with your package.
You're a Now TV customer, Sky VIP's only available to Sky customers.
You're in your 31-day cancellation period.
Your services are suspended due to a billing issue.

But I have sky mobile and all payments are up to date and always have been and I've had the mobile contract for 12 months now.

All you can do @Shmeidy id yo Sky on 150 to ask them about this to see what they say.
