I ordered an iphone 16 plus on the 17th August and it said 1/2 weeks however it's been 4 weeks and still no updates or messages.

(as other customers) we can't provide an update either... Apple themselves no longer list that version.

If you are new to the forum then welcome to the Community which is predominantly made up of Sky customers helping other Sky customers. You aren’t actually talking to Sky by posting on here.

As customers we have no insight into delivery timescales or stock levels.

After credit checks have been completed the most up to date information on your order should become available at:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/track-sky-order

When your order is ready you should get an email from Sky, and then another from the courier (in the UK that’s usually DPD) which should have details of your 1 hour delivery time slot.
