So i have a samsung phone on my account that should have been finished in august 2026 i paid my bill in august. And it still has not been written off has 0 months left and obviously i paid my bill last month. This is the only phone i've had this problem with

Did you make manual payment for £4.25 or was it taken via whatever payment details you have setup on your account.

I have always made a manual payment towards my mobile contract as i do it all together if you get what i mean. Just because im due to pay my monthly bill again this week and its still not taken off and im not sure what to do.

What does your bill show regarding the August payment, does it show it as being paid.

Oh yes i know that 100% i was just showing my phone meant to be paid off in august but hasn't.

I would suggest calling Sky tomortrow about this so if you phone has a Sky sim in it then you can call them for free on 150.
