I would like to obtain a PAC code to upgrade my phone through Sky.

As my Skymobile account has more than one SIM activated I have been given a link to the website or to phone them with the number provided.
What does this mean, why do I need a PAC code if I am already a Sky customer ?

You don't need a pac code from Sky to upgrade a phone as a pac is only needed if you want to move your mobile number to a different network.

It is probably just a standard question so just say no so that you only upgrade the phone.

The options are:

yes - I'd like to transfer a number

no - I'd like a new mobile number

ill decide later

Sounds like you're activating a new SIM... (you don't want to do this as it will be in addition to your current plan)

When placing the order is it insisting that you order a new sim/data plan ?
