I still haven't received my SIM card a can't pay The bill because av no sim use have not helped me one bit over the 5 days

If you are new to the forum then welcome to the Community which is predominantly made up of Sky customers helping other Sky customers. You aren’t actually talking to Sky by posting on here.

Your first post said it wasn't working then your second post said you hadn't received a SIM card so which is it?

Not having a SIM card shouldn't stop a payment. You should have a direct debit or continuous card payment set up.

Use told me use were sending me a replacement sim if use check all my messages u will see what's been said
