Im in the New York and I kept getting messages saying my roaming cap was at 50%, then 80% then it stopped.

I have checked, my roaming cap is disabled. Now I can't use my phone.

Ive tried only Sky help guides, restarted my phone, tried Sky Menu all to no avail.

Why is this happening? I have a message from AT&T saying my spend cap maybe full but it is disabled.

Have you tried setting a spend cap:

Ive tries setting a spend cap to the max, I've tried disabling it.

Both didnt work.

Hi @Liam_H1 could it be the data cap ? You are limited to 25 gig fair useage limit now.
