Sim plan no longer available

Hi I have a iPhone 17pro

after the latest update I have no signal I've tried all the usual fixes but nothing helps .

my mobile now says sim plan no longer available.

i can't get any help from sky I don't have another phone I can use to call them all there online help chats etc don't work

I have but because I have no service I can't get the settings sent

To try and get you some help I have escalated your post to the Sky Community Messaging Team.

Look out for a post on this thread from one of the team inviting you to a private chat and then you should see a coloured speech bubble at the bottom of your forum page. You’ll have 48 hours to click on it and start the private chat or it will close automatically. If you fail to respond to a chat reply within 48 hours the chat will again close down automatically even if your issue hasn’t been resolved. Replies from Sky aren’t instant so you’ll need to check the chat thread periodically.

For some reason sky won't let me log back in for the chat because I'm not receiving the security code because I have no network .

i need my mobile cause my daughter is seriously disabled and I need it to contact the emergency services in an emergency. It's a joke everything relies on you having a mobile signal
