Hi I have all you can eat data minis and text my bill is normal 19 pounds a month this month they are trying to take 21 . 73 anyone leave any ideas

Hi @Tell2tell if you compare it to last month what does it say ? Probably a discount ending.

As customers we obviously can't see your bill.

Check the dates the bill covers; is it longer than the normal month? Compare it to a previous bill to see where if differs.

Otherwise an increase normally means roaming charges, buying some extra data at £6.00 per GB, sending chargeable picture messages (which are currently 95p each), calls to non-inclusive numbers or a discount ending. Remember only 01, 02, 03 and UK 07 mobile numbers are inclusive.
