Swap valuation dispute

Hi I hope someone can help rapid. Ive recently gone through a swap with sky from a z fold 6 to fold 8 and sent my old phone back with a valuation of £605. When ive sent it back they have evaluated it and judged it to be £302.50 not the original value, saying the inside screen is scratched or cracked. I'm trying to get in touch with someone at sky to tell them it's a screen protector losing its stick and coming off making it look like the screen is damaged and I firmly believe the value of the phone should be what I was originally offered. Ive got till tomorrow before it's automatically accepted or I reject it but i just need to talk to someone in the relevant department to get it reassessed and we can maybe come to a compromise.

Ive rang sky multiple times to explain this and been on the online chat and got nowhere.

Please someone help!!!!

Hi @RobertBeh87 i would ask for the phone to be sent back and remove the protector then take photos before sending it back. If you aren't having success on the phone i don't think there is much more you can do.

Condition assessment is done entirely independently of the contact centres in a different location and isn't public-facing so it wouldn't be possible to negotiate anyway.
