If you are new to the forum then welcome to the Community which is predominantly made up of &lt;STRONG&gt;Sky customers helping other Sky customers. &lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;As fellow customers we have no insight into delivery timescales or stock levels. &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;After credit checks have been completed the most up to date information on your order should become available at:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;A href="https://www.sky.com/help/articles/track-sky-order" target="_blank"&gt;https://www.sky.com/help/articles/track-sky-order&lt;/A&gt; &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;When your order is ready you should get an email from Sky, and then another from the courier (in the UK that’s usually DPD) which should have details of your 1 hour delivery time slot.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I ordered the new MacBook Air m5 13 inch on the 14th of August and I still haven't recieved it, I was wondering how long it take s for sky to receive new stock and how long I will have to wait until I get my product , it still says in progress at the orders section&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
