Has anyone else been called and offered a laptop and watch, had to pay the £12 for each with a promise that it will be refunded to then not receive the good but not had their money back either.

@Sandra180

You have been called by a scammer and not Sky so if you gave them any personal details then make sure you change your online password:

https://www.sky.com/ordertracking

If any device turns up then do not give them to any courier company that might then show up to "collect them" as they need to be returned to Sky so as per the options at the bottom of the page here you would need to contact Sky about this:

https://www.sky.com/help/articles/account-takeover

If you receive an unexpected parcel from Sky get in touch with our customer services team immediately. We can give advice on what to do. Don’t send the parcel anywhere except our returns address.

We’ll give you pre-paid returns packaging to send the parcel back to us.

@Sandra180 wrote:
Has anyone else been called and offered a laptop and

Unfortunately quite a few people.

With any calls from 'Sky' (especially unexpected calls) if the caller asks for your previously agreed telephone password to confirm you're the account holder (which I would expect a genuine Sky agent to do) initially give an INCORRECT one on purpose. If the caller doesn't challenge it then you know it will be a scam call.
