Phone delivery

I ordered a phone on the 6th and it was advertised as free delivery tomorrow i bought the phone iphone 17 pro max and hadn't received it yesterday and it says it's not even been dispatched yet i need help with this as im going on holiday soon too.

You aren’t talking to Sky by posting here. If you are new to the forum then welcome to the Community which is predominantly made up of Sky customers helping other Sky customers which includes additional help from customers who are Superusers like myself.

As fellow customers we have no insight into delivery timescales or stock levels.

After credit checks have been completed the most up to date information on your order should become available at:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/track-sky-order

When your order is ready you should get an email from Sky, and then another from the courier (in the UK that’s usually DPD) which should have details of your 1 hour delivery time slot.

how would i know i passed credit checks as i got no updates on that aswell

For a sim deal it’s just a soft credit check, for a device there’s also an enhanced check.

If you failed the checks you'd be notified your order had been cancelled,

i ordered on the 6th if i failed i would've been told already no as it's been 48 hours

okay thanks if there's no updates by the end of the week i'll call and cancel the order
