      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;“My replacement SIM is already working and can make calls, and my old SIM has stopped working. However, my Sky account still says the replacement SIM isn’t activated, and when I try to activate it I get the ‘Sorry, there’s been a problem’ message. Can you check the SIM provisioning/status on my account and confirm that the replacement SIM is correctly activated?”&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;When you activate a replacement sim the one it is replacing will stop working so is this what can happen ?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
