Roaming in Netherlands

I am roaming in the Netherlands. The first 2 days I had no issue with Data, calls or texts. However, all then disappeared. Ive checked my iphone 16 settings and got sky to send settings but was not able to solve the problem

You aren’t talking to Sky by posting here. If you are new to the forum then welcome to the Community which is predominantly made up of Sky customers helping other Sky customers which includes additional help from customers who are Superusers like myself.

Could you have exceeded the fair usage?

Roaming using Roaming Passport Plus (so in 120 countries) is now limited to 25GB per billing period.

From Skys own website...

"When you roam using our Roaming Passport Plus, we consider that up to 25GB per billing period is a reasonable amount of data to use. If you exceed this amount, we'll assume that you're no longer using data in the way expected of a reasonable customer for periodic travel."

"We may suspend your service, restrict your usage, or charge you for the data that you use in excess of these amounts (currently £2.50 per GB), and we'll let you know by SMS or email before we do so."

Thanks for your response.

I am with sky Ireland with an unlimited plan. I contacted Sky before I travelled and I was advised that this meant that I had the same limits in the Netherlands as I do in Ireland. I haven't received any message that my service was being restricted.

I was advised by a sky employee in one of their shops in ireland to change the APN on the phone to either 4g.tele2.se or gprs.bcse.be.

I tried this but neither worked
