Cannot access my mobile account

For some reason my sky mobile login has now got a 2 step verification to a number i have not had for over 5 years?

trying to get help is an absolute nightmare been trying to resolve this since 17/08/26?

Any help /ideas i am not calling sky for any furtehr help a si have spent over 5 hours on the phone with NO RESOLUTION

veryvery frustrating

Two step verification is mandatory for us all and should go to the number that is on your account, so if it isn't up to date you will need to call Sky on 150 about this to ask them to update it for you.

Thank you I am fully aware of that I have tried contacting sky to no avail.

As stated I have not had the old phone number for years and up until 17/August it was working fine.

You will have to keep trying to contact them as this is something only they can help you with.
