my husband and I both have iphones with sky and have had for some years. From yesterday, continuing into today, he can't phone out. People can't phone him, if they try they get a message'you've dialled the wrong number. ' If he tries to dial out it doesn't conect but tells him call failed. I know this has been a problem before but can't find an answer that works. We've tried the flight mode, turning on and off (several times) tried quite a few of the solutions on Google. I just don't know where to go next. It was suggested that we may have to reset to factory fittings, but I'm not sure if I can cope with that and putting everything back on the phone. Any ideas please?

I would suggest that whoever you s the account holder uses your phone to call Sky on 150 as they might want to send you a replacement sim to try.

First try to reset the network settings, if that fails then if you can access the we via WiFi go into your account online & choose to resend the Sky settings. Also if possible try the sim in a different phone & also try a different sim in the phone with the problem to rule out a sim or phone problem.
