Hi. My daughters had her phone over 2 years. I thought the contract was up so I've got a new phone. Requested PAC code. All received and email confirming I don't have any early termination fees. Logged into my app and it states I still have 9 months left so now I'm confused??? Do I have a remaining balance or not? Thought the contract was finished??

@Stacyb1986 When you bought the phone was it a swap 12 or swap 24? If it was the latter of those then its likely that the 9 months mentioned is the remaining months of the credit agreement(swap 24 is a 36 month contract).
