Changing tariffs, within Sky. But it's insisting on a PAC code.

I recently upgraded my tariff to a Sky VIP (have been with sky mobile for years). I keep getting messages tell me to activate. When I try, its insisting on a PAC code from my current provider. Do I need this, given that the provider is the same? I have put the new sim in my phone and it works prefectly, although I still don't have international roaming and I am still being charged at the old rate. Does anyone have an email or telephone number, where I can talk to a human? The virual assistant, just directs me here. HELP!

150 is the free number to call Sky on.

Hi @babs.latch the sky vip offers are for additional sims on your account. They can't be applied to an existing sky sim and will come with a new number.
