iPhone keypad not working when calling one specific number

Hi, I’ve had an issue for almost 5 months when calling one specific work number. The call connects, but when the automated system asks me to press a number, it doesn’t recognise anything I press on my iPhone keypad (DTMF/touch tones), so I can’t get through the menu.

My keypad works completely normally when calling other numbers, and this only happens with this particular number. I’ve restarted my phone but the issue has continued.

Has anyone else experienced this with Sky, or have any ideas what might be causing it? Sky support, is there anything you can check on my account/network?

Some IVR's are simply not compatible with the DTMF tones. (Arguably it's an issue with the system you are calling)
