Esim transfer but no data or phone working

i I was notified yesterday my eSIM was successfully transferred from EE to sky, today I have no data and can't ring sky for help. I have literally no service to do anything please help

Hey thanks for replying yes it is but it says ee as provider even though it was successfully transferred yesterday so by 5pm I was told all services would be transferred over but I can't contact sky for help as I have no service provider now for calls or data I'm using sky broadband

As this is an iphone try refreshing the network settings so go Settings > General > Transfer or Reset [Device] > Reset > Reset Network Settings. Then go to Settings - Phone - My Number and change it if it is wrong, then reboot the phone. You will need to set up your Wifi connection again.

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.

This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears by typing it it to start the chat:

When the chat bubble does appear you will need to respond to it as soon as you can or it will be closed if there is no response within 48 hours. To start the conversation just type in it.

Hello, I'm having the same issue too. Could you help me too please?
I transferred to an eSIM and can't make any calls now or have internet access away from home. Can't make calls when I'm at home
