Evening,

im being offered a good deal, but only on a new SIM. I've got 4 SIMs in my family already and you are giving me the offer for being a loyal customer and not having switched from sky in many multiple years. Doesn't it seem odd to not offer this on existing contracts since it is essentially being offered for loyalty? 🙂

We are customers here who help each other so you are not talking to Sky.

New offers do usually only apply to a new sim and not any you have already got I'm afraid.

Thanks for the reply. I was merely musing out loud that it's a bit silly to reward loyality but insist you start a new contract to do it.

im sure sky are reading, so this is some feedback from one of your longtime customers. Offer us the chance to apply it to our current sims. Insist on a 12 month contract if you must. Don't force us elsewhere to come back and get the "loyalty" offer.
