When we were with Virgin we could turn safesearch to off, but with Sky this does not seem to be an option, why not?

Are you also a Sky Broadband customer as safe search is probably related to your broadband shield settings.

Yes thank you caesarome, that seems to have done the trick. I knew it was something like that but couldn't find it.
