I can't receive calls from my hospital I have already been chatting to someone but they did not return to me after I logged off and back on

You aren’t talking to Sky by posting here. If you are new to the forum then welcome to the Community which is made up predominantly of Sky customers helping other Sky customers which includes additional help from customers who are Superusers like myself.

You need to initiate contact with Sky again if you've already been chatting about this.
