Sky has never done payment plans so your only option this to pay what you owe against it if you want it restored.

Sky has never done payment plans so you are free to pay what you can but they will not restore your mobile until the bill has been paid off in full.

You're not talking to Sky here (just other customers).

There isn't a minimum - you have to settle your bill for services to be restored.
