What is going on?!

I have been trying to roll some data to my son but when I try to get in to the piggyback im asked to sign in, then link my account, but that doesnt help either and I keep going round on a loop Ive been a Sky customer for 10 years and a sky mobile customer for 5 years. We have 4 mobiles with sky but cannot access that part of my account

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.

This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears by typing it it to start the chat:

When the chat bubble does appear you will need to respond to it as soon as you can or it will be closed if there is no response within 48 hours. To start the conversation just type in it.
This isn't a live chat so replies may not be instant.

I tried clicking on the chat bubble but nothing happened. I have tried to log in to sky mobile again today and it asks if I want to switch to sky.... ive been with them for years and my 3 children are too. My autistic son needs me to send him more data but I cant get in to do it.
