I am trying to lift my age restriction by putting my credit card details in on the app and the web but it's saying my credit card number is wrong when it's not I need take the restrictions off can someone help me

Only a credit card will suffice (not a debit card). You can borrow a credit card if you haven't got one yourself, it doesn't have to be yours. The only other way is if you have signed a credit agreement with Sky, then they will already know you are 18 or over so if you call them on 150 they can deactivate this for you.

Yes it's for sky mobile and I have just followed the link it's asking me to put my credit card details in but it's saying the card number is wrong and 100% not haha

Is it a new CC that hasn't been activated yet?

No everything normally works I have been with sky for over a year It just start to restrict me yesterday

Give Sky a call on 150 and they'll be able to deactivate it for you.

Then I would suggest calling Sky as they might be able to help especially if you have also signed a credit agreement for a mobile device as only someone sged 18 and over can do this.
