I have been told that there is additional damage to my old phone that i have swapped for this one - i have no idea what this damage is as no one has told me. i also wondered if i could push back the additional charges until later this year?

We can't tell you either. Give Sky a call...

No. Any shortfall is payable in full on the next bill.

Have you asked Sky about this or ask them to provide pictures of this damage. Although this to late now this is why when returning a device it is always an idea to take photos from a number of angles to show what condition it is in.
