i purchased a mobile device from Sky , DPD have attempted delivery 5 times ,they take a picture of the street ( not always the one i live in) and the tracker says sorry we missed you , options allow a new delivery date and the same thing happens next day , you cant tak to anybody either , as customer is Sky this needs to be sorted as you are in breach of supplying something i have paid for

Have you tried contacting your local DPD depot to see why they keep going to the wrong address ?

they dont allow you too, the main helpline states we will re send with instructions to deliver but nothing happens

@slates59 Do Sky hold the correct address? If yes then it is DPD who may be at fault in mis identifying the street as they tend to use sat nav, as per @caesarome post there are contact options to query why they consistantly go to the wrong address.

tried those , you enter parcel number which takes you to same tracking page stating we missed you ot its out for delivery
