I got my phone stolen on holiday in the uk I have new phone ordered with sky it is on its way but I have no sim and need a eSIM as well I have the with sky as well

When you reported the phone lost to Sky so they can block it did they not order you a replacement sim ?

As well as notifying Sky and the police it may also be a good idea to register any loss/theft on the Immobilise website

I have known a phone to be recovered at a (reputable) second hand shop within about half an hour of the theft.

I haven't rang sky as I have no phone and can't get lend one at min that's why I used chat
