topic Managing Account after a Divorce in Sky Mobile

I have a Sky Mobile Account which includes both my Phone and my wife's phone. Unfortunately, we have divorced this year. I now want only to manage an account which includes my phone, with my wife having a new account which will allow her to manage her phone. Is this possible. Also, she is now eligible to swap her phone. If she does this, will she still be able to trade her old phone in as part of the swap

This isn't possible as you can not move phones to other accounts, so basically her only option would be to pay off the credit agreement in full and although you might still see it on your account, no more payments would need to be made against it.

For the sim this can be cancelled after 12 months so she could start up again with a new number on her own account.
