Had to phone sky mobile 4 times now, each time nearly 1 HR and they still can't link my mobile and TV accounts.

I had to change email for my mobile account ( apparently it would solve the problem) it hasn't.

I can't check mobile account to gift data to my son. Now got 230gb saved because this has been going on for nearly 1 yr.

Each time I call, they promise to call back following wk and solve issue. 😞
