My sim card for my mobile is damaged so I need to apply for a new one

Hi!

For security, you cannot request a new SIM card online. You will need to phone Sky themselves.

If your old SIM still works, though, you can move to an esim on the App.

You aren’t talking to Sky by posting here. If you are new to the forum then welcome to the Community which is made up predominantly of Sky customers helping other Sky customers which includes additional help from customers who are Superusers like myself.

Can you confirm you need a replacement sim with the same number?

Are you the Sky Mobile account holder and do you still have access to the primary mobile phone number? If you are we may be able to get you some help via the Community Messaging Team on here.

Let us know if you wish to try that after confirming the above otherwise you'll need to call Sky.
