Can’t link sky ID or activate my eSIM

Hi. Wondering if anyone can help.

I ordered a monthly mobile from Sky a few days ago. I am unable to link my sky id. I have called and was advised that I need to change the email address as I have another account for an iPad that I oay monthly for and was told I couldn't use the same log in. However, I am still unable to link this as I get the same error message each time. 'Whoops there's been an error' I'm unable to use the phone as I cannot activate the eSIM due to this also.

To see if they can help you with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.

This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears:

When the chat bubble does appear you will have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed. To start the conversation just type in it.

This isn't a live chat so replies may not be instant.
