I have had no signal for 10 days now, ridiculous. Ive needed to book dr appointments which I cant. Waiting for referrals and no one can get hold of me. Registered on the sky checker and they msg last night saying fixed in your area but still no signal, and now sky checker is saying issues until monday, but mo msg to tell me ive had to search this up. Cant even ring sky to complain. I pay my bill every month but this month I have no idea what im paying for as had no signal!!!

If your mobile is from Sky is WiFi calling an option for you when you are in reach of a WiFi network ?

Mast issues can takes hours to weeks to fix.

If you have broadband at home try enabling WiFi calling?

Thank you for your suggestion but I have tried restarting phone about 50 times now. But my partner/son/ or whoever steps in my house is experiencing the same and on different networks 🤦‍♀️
