You can't. Sky does not allow transfers of accounts (Only in certain exceptional circumstances)

If you've changed your name due to marriage or by deed poll call Sky and advise them.

If you want someone else to take over the account then Sky do not allow a simple name change, you will need to cancel the account in your name and the other party will have to order Sky services in their own name.
