Claiming VIP Offer but paying on a different card?

Hello

I am trying to claim one of the VIP offers for Sky Mobile but pay with a different card. When I get to checkout and I select "Register a new mobile account with this sky ID" it gives me a technical error. I cannot try and set it up on the Website because the Sky VIP stuff is app only
