Have been a Sky customer over 14yrs.

Earlier this year I was unable to make calls, couldn't use Google maps in car then no internet yet as soon as I entered a family members home who has BT internet the phone was up and running. Sky said I needed a new SIM...no success then it's My phone nothing to do with the Internet.

Ok I've purchased a Pixel 10 pro, updated my internet package flashes up on t.v. no internet my iPad isn't connecting to internet my printer is doing the same Sky says the problem isn't at their end.

Yet I've read that it is standard on Sky Hubs has WPA3 which causes phones from hiding network connection which in turn causes SKY Routers to drop call connections.

Would like feedback on this since Open Reach said on call my router is working fine ...end of story.

Anyone else had similar issues??
