Found the link but the SW number / postcode is not being accepted, any help.would be appreciated.

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.

This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears by typing it it to start the chat:

When the chat bubble does appear you will need to respond to it as soon as you can or it will be closed if there is no response within 48 hours. To start the conversation just type in it.
This isn't a live chat so replies may not be instant.

Ended up sending phone back without taking any pictures, hopefully all goes well with the return.

Hi,

I am also having this issue. I cannot log in with my postcode and the SW number on my return slip and the log in FAQs don't give any further support with this.

Any help/advice would be greatly appreciated!

I ended up sending it back without taking pics as the condition checker didn't work, now 10 days from sending the old phone back it still shows on my next bill as being charged for 2 phones, get your act together sky mobile.

If you only sent it back 10 days ago then not only is it to late for it to be removed you will see a charge until it has been inspected and this can take anywhere between 2-4 weeks to be completed.

Randomly I left it an hour or so and it then let me log in!
