Cannot link sky mobile to sky id

Hi,

I recently rejoined sky after a year. I am using a new account with a new Sky ID, but whatever I do i cannot link my new sky mobile order to my account, i go to set it up, asks for my bank details and postcode, and i add them and it just throws a "technical error". If i put in a different name it say's it's wrong, so if my correct details are wrong then it would not show this.

It is annoying as I cannot pay the bill or track my mobile order, my accessories have arrived but no information or contact on what is going on with the actual phone itself.

Any ideas on how to fix this?

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.

This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears by typing it it to start the chat:

When the chat bubble does appear you will need to respond to it as soon as you can or it will be closed if there is no response within 48 hours. To start the conversation just type in it.
This isn't a live chat so replies may not be instant.
